Before You Hand It Off

About three hours across the whole engagement: the one-hour handoff call, a handful of approval replies, and the closing signature. Add two minutes each Friday if you read the progress note — which we recommend, because it's usually good news.

We do — all of it. Cold enquiries never reach you, and screened buyers deal with your concierge broker, not your inbox. If you want to meet the finalist before accepting, we'll set that up; plenty of sellers choose to skip even that.

Four sections, every week: what moved, the state of the buyer pipeline, what's planned next, and any decisions we need from you. Most weeks that last section reads "none" — and when it doesn't, the decision arrives pre-summarized with our recommendation.

A flat success fee, quoted at the handoff call and fixed in writing. No retainers, no hourly billing, no charge for the prep work if the deal doesn't close. We get paid when you exit — the incentives stay pointed the same direction as yours.

Yes — that's the default, not an upgrade. The listing is anonymized, buyers sign NDAs before learning your identity or seeing data, and your team, customers, and competitors hear about the sale when you decide they should.
